The transmission went out at 15900 on the Silverado you folks built. I don’t have time to wait to get it fixed at the moment so at least they gave me fair trade value. My truck was scheduled for a 2PM service appointment, I got a call around 9:30AM of the same day that my service was completed! Apparently the person with the earlier appointment had not shown up. Nevertheless, I was able to pick up my truck much earlier than originally expected, always a good thing!

Kevin was outstanding to work with, and went out of his way to help me get exactly what I wanted for my first brand new car. Cannot recommend him (and the entire team) enough.

Good to deal with and salesman was great

i went there looking to see what kind of deal i could get on trading in my lease early. Jay Laquerre came right out and introduced himself. I told him i had a deal pending with a different dealership and was just checking my options because i saw something i liked on the website. Told him what i was looking for and the basics of the pending deal, gave him a chance to meet or beat the deal. he was successful in beating it and getting a deal done quickly with zero hassle.

We went to Cody Chevrolet to replace a truck that got hit and totaled. As we wandered about on our first visit to the dealership, Kevin Clark came out to greet us. The truck we were interested wasn't available then. Kevin set up an appointment for a test drive. We decided to buy the truck, and Kevin took care of the details needed to get the sale done, change registration & license plates, etc. He made sure to take care of all the issues we had. When we returned to complete the sale, Kevin and Emery Webb carefully went through the process of dotting the i's and crossing the t's needed to complete the paperwork. Kevin sat with us in our new vehicle to make sure we understood how the controls work (our first vehicle with all the new fun stuff) and made sure we understood the OnStar enrollment process. Overall, this was a really satisfying experience. We left feeling that Cody Chevrolet appreciated our business. We appreciate the way we were treated!

I took my dealer certified 2020 Traverse in to have the transmission looked at. It's been slipping intermittently and shaking at hiway speeds. I took it in to my normal mechanic first, who was able to replicate the issue and traced it to the transmission. They advised I take it to the dealer and that I should be very upset that my vehicle with only 66k miles was having the beginning signs of a transmission issue. I took it to Cody and they were unable to replicate the issue. The rig is still under powertrain warranty, I had evidence of a powertrain issue, but because they couldn't find what my mechanic already found, I was billed $140 and told to bring it back if I notice it again. This waste of time should have at least been covered by the warranty.

Terrible experience. Truck was broken when delivered to me. It had an issue with the rear door, which they should have caught in a pre-delivery inspection. Then the salesperson became hard to get a hold of. Bob Cody was really difficult and it felt like he was giving me lip service without trying to actually help solve my issue.

The (apparent) service manager was an asshole, telling me in the end that there is a recall on my vehicle and that I would have to make my own arrangements for transportation. That is, no loaners or rentals, no courtesy shuttles or any dispensations while the dealership performs recall service. According to Onstar, this is false. DARE YOU TO PUBLISH THIS!

Needed to have my vehicle serviced and tires rotated. Cody's fit me in within a day and took care of me. It's always a pleasure dealing with them.

My requested service (tire mount/balance, state inspection) were done promptly and apparently accurately. During inspection, the need for significant brake work was determined (for some of it, to pass inspection). The service advisor clearly described the issues, laid out the estimated costs, and even noted one work item was strongly recommended but not required to pass inspection. The additional work, while not inexpensive, was reasonable to its need (based on the time since my last brake work) and appears to be have conducted accurately.

Bob Cody and Burt Spooner smoothed the path for the end of my 3yr lease.. Cody Chevrolet put together a package that was both affordable and available from their current stock and got me into a new 2026 Sierra that is the perfect truck for the next 3 years.

My rating would’ve been 1 had I not spoken with Bob Cody. I was in a predicament and I did not see that the service manager was interested in assisting me. The predicament was my vehicle did not start and was stuck at Cody‘s. I needed to get to my mother‘s funeral in three days. I was told the part needed for the repair would not be in for a week. I asked for a loaner vehicle and was told there were none available. I proceeded to rent a vehicle at a huge expense that my insurance did not cover. I got the cheapest vehicle I could. I received a phone call that the part had arrived when the service team came in the next morning. This was excellent news. I was able to get a refund for the other six days on my rental. however, infected that part came in so quickly was a bit questionable to me. Bob had explained to me that parts are not easy to come by, particularly since Covid. He spoke with the service manager about other possible options to obtain apart. When we were talking, it did not look promising. I want to be sure that I got a genuine GM part and it is a new one. I understand that this dealership is very busy and has a lot of high paying customers. I own well, the bank owns, 2019 Chevy Colorado. I love my truck. I want to be able to come to Cody when I’m ready for a new one. I do see that Bob took the time to speak with me and I greatly appreciate that.

Duane is amazing! This is the 5th car between my husband and I we have purchased from him. Aside from this he helps out with other everyday needs! Cody Chevrolet always has something that matches our families needs! My only frustration is I’ve been waiting over a week for my refund for my extended warranty. Service just has to call and tell GM warranty they didn’t do the work to my car for the open claim, I traded the car in a week ago, and to cancel the contract. They won’t take my word for it at GM warranty. Emery said it’s about $1100 which is a lot of money. I am hoping Cody Chevrolet continues to amaze me and has this settled before the end of the second week. We will continue to be loyal customers of this dealership. Thank you for all you do!

My experience was a very relaxed atmosphere and no pressure. It was enjoyable.

I got a quick response from an email inquiry about a truck at the dealership that Saturday morning. I called and was on my way to check it out shortly. I met my salesman and took a drive. Now for my trade in value! To my surprise they were close to the number I had in mind and we hashed out a few things. I didn't steal the truck but I believe it was a very fair deal! Great people to deal with in my opinion.

We had agreement on how the issue would be handled. One person didn't communicate with the rest of the office which caused duplication of effort, additional cost to me, longer duration to wait for my vehicle, and inaccurate information when estimate was delivered.

Staff very friendly and helpful.

Everything seems to have been done correctly. There was a miscommunication as to which tire needed a monitor, but I share some of the blame in that because I did not read the email confirming the work order until they started the service. Once identified, everything was resolved satisfactorily to me.

I am responding with only 3 stars. The vehicle in question was brought in by my wife Myriam.. I just reviewed the documentation that she was given when she left the dealership. As I (and i say respectfully) have brought to your attention, it is quite concerning that you state that you could not receate the issue she is having with the temp gauge going to over 90 even over 100 hen it is a cloudy day and there is no sun out with temps in the 70's I note that when we googled this same condition there are apparently people all over the country with 2025 EV eQuinoces who are experiencing the same problem. There areeven videos posted showing in real time the exact same problem. Perhaps you should look at those videos.There is suppposedly no software fix or other fix for this problem. Perhaps we should make a call to GM directy to see GM has been made aware of th is problem. I am told you have never experienced with your dealership this problem. I note the same was said to m e with some problem we had with one of prevous owned/leased Bolts.Whatever the problem was, you were not aware of it. When I called GM they told me not only was the problem we were having with the Bolt a very common problem, they also had a software fix for it. They sent to me. I then sent that software fix to Cody and when it was applied to our vehilce - problem solved. So if this problem with the temperature gauge persists, I feel it will be time to see if GM technical dept is aware of the problem and what has been done (if anything) to correct the problem. I note that the Eequinox in question was purchased at your dealership. The other 2025 Equinox we purchased was at Springlield BM (?) Also a 2025 . That vehicle has had no issues. One last thing we notiiced.I do not understand why the Equinox (lower level model only front wheel drive) purchased at Springfield GM had a charging cable in the b ack of the vehicle and the Equinox purchased at Cody has no charging cable. It is what it is. overall we are satisfied with the Eu inox vehicles we purchased. I just hope that this temp gauge issue can be resolved Sincerely (and I say respectfully) Harvey Romanoff 8024965166

I was able to schedule regular maintenance appointment online. I was provided confirmation and a reminder. Dropped my truck off. Received a call when maintenance work was done. I got to the shop 5 min past closing. However I saw a salesman who came outside, let me in and a service rep hadn’t left and was able to get me out with my truck. I’m grateful for this team. I appreciate their care for me and all customers.

The Cody’s experience was exceptional on all fronts. The GM financial was down the day I tried to purchase. Wasn’t Cody’s fault so all staff did the best they could to make me comfortable and take care of my needs.

My experience at Cody Chevrolet’s body shop was genuinely great. The team was helpful from start to finish, and it showed in every part of the process. I have been three times to the dealership. Once for State Inspection and twice for an ignition problem with my 2022 Colorado Z71 and Steve has been fantastic I don't think I'll take my truck anywhere else for my service needs.

I brought my medium duty truck in for a brake recall. When I picked up the truck, my service brake system light was still on. I had to schedule another appointment to get it fixed. It is a 2 hour round trip to the dealership, so in total it cost me 4 hours. I bill out at $125 per hour so the experience cost me a minimum of $600. Not happy
