Great customer experience! I was checked in right away for my oil and filter change. I mentioned I need to have an inspection scheduled as well. They were able to squeeze it in with the oil and filter change. This saved me time from having to come back another day! It was done promptly.

I made an appointment to have my vehicle serviced. When I dropped my vehicle off the service staff was friendly and courteous, like always. They called me once my vehicle was ready...which was much sooner than I expected. Good service, good people!

Duane Cosgrove (Sales) and Paul Kapusta (Finance) made our EV vehicle sales/leasing experience smooth and effortless. Duane was very helpful with assisting in rebate applications and coordinating with the power (GMP) and insurance company, while Paul pulled together all the financing and vehicle registration paperwork. Duane is very knowledgeable about the EV we leased, and helped us set up our vehicle. We were very pleased with our experience.

We had a great experience from beginning to the end of the car buying process. Rob Miller was easy to work with and had all the paperwork done so all we had to do was sign it on the day we picked up the car. Paul Kapusta (Finance Manager) was friendly and did not pressure us into buying anything we didn't want. The gift of RTIC Tumblers was a nice touch as well!

I brought my truck in for a warning light diagnosis and repair as well as a state inspection. Steve my advisor communicated well and I got all repairs that were needed done. They also provided a drop off after I brought it in as well as picked me up at home when completed. Excellent service experience!

The transmission went out at 15900 on the Silverado you folks built. I don’t have time to wait to get it fixed at the moment so at least they gave me fair trade value. I lost a little of equity in trade. Do you folks want to make good on your product? I am a loyal Chevrolet owner for years and years. My truck was scheduled for a 2PM service appointment, I got a call around 9:30AM of the same day that my service was completed! Apparently the person with the earlier appointment had not shown up. Nevertheless, I was able to pick up my truck much earlier than originally expected, always a good thing!

i went there looking to see what kind of deal i could get on trading in my lease early. Jay Laquerre came right out and introduced himself. I told him i had a deal pending with a different dealership and was just checking my options because i saw something i liked on the website. Told him what i was looking for and the basics of the pending deal, gave him a chance to meet or beat the deal. he was successful in beating it and getting a deal done quickly with zero hassle.
