CODY CHEVROLET of Montpelier has been named by AAA Northern New England as the Approved Auto Repair facility of the year in the dealer division for 2007-2009. The AAA Approved Auto Repair program presents the award in June for scores achieved in the previous year. 

The facility of the year award is presented by AAA Northern New England to one Dealership and one Independent repair facility in the states of Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont, based on the facility’s performance using AAA’s service evaluation cards. Cody Chevrolet was the top scoring dealer in Vermont in the year-long survey provided by their customers.

 

AAA’s Approved Auto Repair program recognizes outstanding service facilities throughout Northern New England which have met the organization’s strict criteria for technician certification and customer satisfaction, including a 12-month/12,000 mile warranty, a written estimate and AAA-mediated repair dispute arbitration.

 

Tom Giasson, Manager of AAA Northern New England Approved Programs, congratulated owner Robert Cody, Service Manager Dennis Beaudin and the entire staff for achieving an overall rating of 98% from their customers with 98% saying they would return for service and recommend Cody to others.

 

“This is a very hard award to win.” Giasson said. “We hold all of our facilities to the highest standards in the industry so to finish number one is no easy task.”
